My main issue with Syrinscape is its player (app UX sucks) and i would love to use offline player not web based one. TableTone which had my hopes is all-in fantasy for now. Is there any alternative to Syrinscape for Cyberpunk/SciFi and with proper offline player? Additional points for not-subscription-based tool. I prefer to pay once for content and use it.

I don't do Sci-fi, but as a former Syrinscape subscriber, my solution has been to buy a soundboard app I like, and then download very affordable tracks from independent artists via Bandcamp. There are lots of artists who charge $1 or 2 for a 1hr album of tracks, or even "pay what you want." Even better, if you find an artist you like, you can sometimes get their whole discography for like $15-20. Obviously, you can also rip mp3s or whatever else.

What soundbar app would you recommend?

I use this one: https://podcastsoundboard.com/ It's dead simple, has the features I want like looping and trimming, and adding music is drag and drop. One drawback, at least for me, is that it does crash occasionally, but start up is so quick, it doesn't usually matter.
