laws are only valid if they protect and bind everyone, from the poorest to the wealthiest.
The law, in its majestic equality, forbids the rich and poor alike to sleep under bridges, to beg in the streets, and to steal bread.
yhea, but nowadays, that would be an improvement, given that we have people who are legally allowed to break the law with the blessing of the state.
