Post guidelines

Nah ... more like 20-30 years ... you have to wait until large parts of the population are starving in the streets and dying in the alleyways enmasse before people will rise up to want to rebel.

Underclasses wouldn't know what to do. Guillotines start when the competent middle classes see no alternative.

The French didn't start chopping heads until people started starving ... when the ruling class starts offering the only alternative as death .... then the underclasses start seeing that there is also no alternative for the classes above them either
