You're right that Merz confirmed earlier that he won't block the delivery of Taurus missiles, and that he doesn't want to make it public.

However, the headline is about missiles being built in Ukraine by Ukrainians, only funded by Germany.

The first Ukrainian long-range missiles, the production of which was financed by Germany, will enter service with the Armed Forces of Ukraine by the end of July, according to ZDF heute.
