What is the fucking point of selling Tierney if we're gonna replace him. We would need to replace him even without Timber's injury but like, what's the actual fucking point of selling him unless he's causing a fuss.

The same reason we sold Turner and replaced him with Raya: we need players who can cope with and enhance this system, not drag it down to their level.
Tierney treats the ball like a handgrenade too often.
And he comes across as a not very intelligent player.
