If you're a fan of apps, Moodistory is a good one. The free version does plenty for me.
How did you get there? Your mood seems quite consistent and overall it looks like you're quite happy.
Eg, I wouldn't exactly say these are happy/unhappy. Just more of a good/bad day scale. I've got a lot of other stuff to work on before I think I can be "happy".
