They finished the repair on the Kerch bridge a few month ago.

IIRC, the rail section was never destroyed, but it was sufficiently weakened they can't run heavy trains over it. Not sure if that is still the case or not.

at any rate ukrainian intelligence will know if heavy equipment goes through kerch bridge from satellite photos and other sources
