Overview:

The community dedicated to boycotting the US until they stop fascism, restore full democracy and start following international law.

Americans have a moral obligation to resist Donald Trump and project 2025 at every turn.

America is a flawed democracy currently being ruled by oligarchs. Stop the backslide! Dont let America become the next Hungary.

America needs to challenge the court rulings of citizens united v. fec and shelby county v. holder, protect the media, implement independent district drawing, and the single transferable vote so they don't end up having people stay home in life-changing elections because they cannot vote for their favourite candidate.

Concentration camp

It’s time to make foreign visits drop by at least 60%.

As an American, nobody should be coming here. Under any circumstances. Especially if you're the "wrong" color.

I’m a white American emigrant and I’m not even going back for the foreseeable future because I don’t feel like a disembarking an international flight is safe for anyone.

I wouldn’t be surprised if the Trump regime decides to arbitrarily force a plane that’s passing through US airspace to land so they can lock up the passengers.

Edit: I read your comment way wrong, lol.

I can’t imagine that wouldn’t get a war started if they did openly, but I don’t know if it would be possible to cover it up by pretending the plane crashed instead. Or maybe nothing would come of it after all.

We should aim higher.

Hmm, let’s try for 110% then if we are very very lucky we get to 100%

It is literally life threatening dangerous in the states now. Citizen or otherwise.

I got a more accurate title for you.

"Canadian citizen murdered by US Secret Police in ICE concentration camp in Florida"

[–] ZDL@lazysoci.al 10 points 2 weeks ago

There's nothing secret about their murdercops.

Yeah only a moron couldn't see this coming. You put a bunch of D-students with hate boners and penis envy in charge of violently imprisoning people and keeping them caged up, people will die just from the negalence alone. Those rot-brained Nazis couldn't handle taking care of a rock, let alone thousands of people with varing medical needs.

Rest in peace, Johnny Noviello. I hope Canada comes out swinging.

Ah shit, the Geneva checklist is coming to the US. I think it might be good if us Americans... what's the term? Oh yeah, run for our fucking lives.

[–] FerretyFever0@fedia.io 21 points 2 weeks ago

Well, that can't be a good sign.

I remember when there was an American WNBA player who was sentenced to 9 years in prison in Russia because she was caught with marijuana concentrate hashish oil in her luggage.

I think she was eventually let go after a prisoner exchange.

I can't imagine how upset Americans would be if she actually died there.

This news story is enraging. I don't think I will ever go to the States ever again.

I'm sorry Johnny Noviello Johnny Noviello, you didn't deserve to die.

However, it also said he was facing removal for being convicted of drug charges “as a non-immigrant overstay.”

He was convicted of drug trafficking and other charges in Volusia County, Florida, in 2023 and sentenced to 12 months in prison, ICE said.

nothing of value was lost
