Is it that Alberta has so many cases, or that RFK's health department has stopped reporting US cases?

Or some combination of both?

lol you're right. that's probably the latter.

This is what happens when vax rates drop below herd immunity thresholds (usually ~95% for measles), and sadly Alberta's been seeing this anti-science trend for years.
