Had a real hard time in life prior to the military.

Understanding the chain of command and where I fit within it was one of the most valuable things I learned.

Keep it professional and tight when the HMFIC is in the room, assume every microphone is live, and that there is someone you didn't notice in earshot.

When with your small crew you can be a bit looser, but always keep it professional and pleasent.
