Either this exists and is at least drivable at low speed in a straight line, or the North Koreans have done a much better job than usual of creating the illusion that this is so.

It's got to have a turning radius measured in counties. We may very well be witnessing its top speed, also.

I'm not saying North Korea isn't the best country in the world or than Kim Jung Un isn't a glorious leader, but the comments to that video do smell of AI.

It could be AI but may just have several turning axels at both ends. A lot of oversized semi truck trailers in Europe have turning axels at the rear to get around corners and can have as many axels on more extreme loads.
