It's a reference to the British Conservative party's plan to send immigrants seeking asylum who come to the UK to Rwanda. It's hopefully not going to pass through parliament because it's a horrible idea.

They could deport them to Rwanda. That might work.

I agree, do we begin with the cops or the people who would rather use their taxes to hurt people? I'm good either way.
