There's gonna be a world of hurt as China bans Gallium export. There's no easy replacement for Chinese supply because Gallium is a byproduct of producing aluminum.

Aluminum production requires lots and lots of electricity. US doesn't have the power generation capacity to ramp up production even if the US start to mine bauxite right now.
