How can Piastri's tires be one lap older than Max's, didn't they pit on the same lap?

Where the hell is the rain
Right now probably over the Old Port. The circuit sits on an island in between downtown MontrΓ©al and the southern suburbs of Saint Lambert and Longueuil.
I normally like most of the drivers but George bothers me

Russell and Norris fighting each other is helping max big time
So rain will arrive just as they've worn down the entire tread. Too bad we didn't see anyone gamble for slicks, if the rain isn't too intense maybe softs would be able to handle it.
