Gerrymandering can't be outlawed. It happens all the time and is a powerful tool to help enfranchise people as well as a weapon to disenfranchise them when used incorrectly.
What should happen is take the power to redraw voting districts out of the hands of partisan groups and make a cross-party commission to oversee the process.

Create an energy efficient system for carbon capture from the atmosphere and the oceans. Something that can be used at the sites for heavy emitters and also generally around the world.
Create a system to collect the captured carbon and bring it to a central site.
Fire that carbon off into interstellar space.
Use the revenue generated from fees from heavy polluters who can't decarbonise effectively (things like steel making, glass works, air travel) to fund low carbon energy projects and storage/distribution systems for developing nations like in sub-saharan Africa and SE Asia.
On some specific areas of policy, I find Reform's platform thoroughly agreeable. Nationalise the water companies? Check. Nationalise British Steel? Check. Combine social care with the NHS for a unified system? Yes please.
It's just the y'know, the racism that I object to.
