I believe the servers are in Finland but the ToS specifically states they operate under .fl, .nl, and .de law.

I'm heavily in the market for a small .22 rifle soon. I'll likely go with a Ruger 10/22 because there are so many options, but that Henry Survival Rifle looks pretty cool and I could just pack it in my bag when camping.

The ISP usually doesn't give a shit. It's various industry groups (think RIAA) seeding and trying to deanonymize people, then they complain to the ISP who'll usually (IME) brush it off with stern look but I guess in really egregious cases they'll cut service.
