There is a yellow area beneath the german flag which is not officially part of the german flag:

Maybe we could try to get the design by slyme@lemmy.world in the right corner of this area?

Also I would recommend setting up a Discord so members can be pinged etc.

We weren't at all prepared. As we know, the canvas will likely expand tomorrow.

Both the Lemmy logo and the word Lemmy are dreadfully inefficient when it comes to drawing them with a small number of pixels. Believe me, I've tried.

I'm almost tempted to just spam kbin instead, its like half the pixels.

Regardless, anyone who's interested should come up with a final design ASAP. If we have a solid design and a plan for location, we can start strong on the fresh canvas tomorrow.
