Also includes "you can't park there, sir" for the police equivalent.

Rules:

No deaths or serious injuries because who would be around to get told they couldn't park there?

Is it still parking if you're floating? That's more in the general direction of mooring.

I think that parking sign says it is further down the road, so they've parked prematurely. They'd have been better off focusing on the sign that says there is a river merging in from the left.
