For all parking disasters, not just simple bad parking (for that see yplac.co.uk).
Also includes "you can't park there, sir" for the police equivalent.
Rules:
- No deaths or serious injuries because who would be around to get told they couldn't park there?

Second set of the brakes, clutch pedals are not required?
If something wrong (will) happen an examiner can slam on the brakes.
Only if you are with a driving instructor, that looks like a family car.
Such an arrangement saved my life when a lorry driver decided to try and wipe me off the road, the first time I went on the motorway.
