Neither of your linked articles say anything like that.

The first article was published 2 months after Biden took office and says that his "administration has reversed a policy of turning away unaccompanied children at the border, instead opting to process them and place them with sponsoring families in the US." That takes time to set up even in emergency situations.

The second article referred to children detained between June 2018 and October 2020, not during the Biden administration.

Neither article says anything about present day detentions, or detentions taking place later in Biden's term.
