Bizum, a very popular peer to peer payment method supported by many banks in Spain. Portugal and Italy, is trying to integrate with Wero in order to create a European Payment Champion

I did not find any good translator besides of Google. Might make a follow-up post on that topic. For now read the google translation if you like.

This is good news. I was under the impression, that Wero is sitting this one out or sleeping deeply. The European Payment Initiative EPI is related to this news.

I usually copy paste article text, it's quite quick.

Regarding translators: There's deepl which is German owned and seems to be pretty reliable.
