I'm guessing the work ethic of an adult immigrant is going to be better than that of a teenager living at home.

I don't think he's planning on throwing American teenagers into camps. But, having lived with teenagers in the house, I can't say it's the worst idea...

I have lived with teenagers and still do. I've found it no more difficult than any other stage.

Than most nationals, in any country really. Anyone living in the their own country thinks their entitled to not work unless they’re manager or CEO level. Especially in the USofA, the greatest place of all times and throughout the entire known universe.
