This isn't needed anymore. You can configure exceptions for RFP, for example:
defaultPref("privacy.resistFingerprinting.exemptedDomains", "*.foo.com,*.bar.com,*.foobar.com")

I tried this.
It does not seem to work. Even with "privacy.resistFingerprinting.testGranularityMask" set to 4.
When i fully disable resistFingerprinting - the timezone is displayed correctly, but I cannot make an exception. And it seems that nobody actually can. Did you managed to do it somehow?
