Mate that's great thanks so much! I'm on android. I can use kindle if needs be but is there anything non amazon? If there's an ethical option available I'd prefer to use that

I have not used Moon+ Reader, and it's not open-source -- it shows ads -- but apparently it has this feature.

KOReader does not have this feature, but apparently someone made a plugin for it that provides support for this.
