Romanians don't vote in US elections. What's your actual evidence that appealing to 'centrists' would get the Democrats for swing state votes?

Germany and Romania shows that people tend to have moderate rather than extreme views.

I repeat:

Romanians (and Germans) don’t vote in US elections. What’s your actual evidence that appealing to ‘centrists’ would get the Democrats swing state votes?
