I'm probably just overthinking it, but the more I see these ADHD comics/memes, I feel like I've been living my entire life undiagnosed.
or most of these memes aren't exclusive to ADHD at all... like getting excited about something you're waiting for, wow what a unique experience to people with one particular diagnosis.
Have you ever accidentally shit your pants? Congrats, you have IBS.
They're not exclusive to ADHD, but if you experience these things all the time and they are literally interfering with your ability to lead a happy life it could be.
Just like how shitting your pants once or twice in your adult life isn't the same as having a problem that causes you to shit your pants much more than the average person.
