I would assume breaking your hip would be extremely painful! What's the recovery process for a broken hip?

Yeah. I would have thought so as well, I always assumed a hip break would be wheelchair territory however it seems their are breaks and their are breaks.

Mine is vertical and hairline (not the technical words they used but the ones I understand).

I'm waiting on some more x-rays and my next physio appt. to find out next steps and time frame.

For now I will just keep chomping down on painkillers and stopping my 2k run I try do 3 times a week (and now understand why I've been failing and struggling).

I've got a tendon pain in my arm and was moaning about it... I'm gonna shut up now 🙂

Nah. Pains pain and if it hurts it's valid!

Tendon pain can be a bitch.
