Like others said, the green bank observatory. I meant to type it out in the post in the text description.
No big deal. I only ask to spark conversation, instead of looking it up myself.
This is actually the GBT, green bank telescope. Gbo would be the name for the whole sight.
Actually actually it would be the Robert C Byrd gbt, but he was a kkk member so that's not super cool. I ran some summer camps there in college and did a lot of research with its data.
