As the title suggests, what did you do to stay fit/healthy?

I’m struggling the most with sleep, to the point where it’s difficult to focus on work the following day.

I’ve never been very healthy or in shape, but feel like if I don’t start now it will be very difficult to manage in 10-15 years.

Would love some advice/guidance/motivation.

The second best time to start is now.

I do 2 workouts a week around 40 minutes each, but I am fully committed to them. I’m not doing anything else during that time and I don’t cheat myself.

I set little interesting goals. See something cool and try to work up to it. It helps you stay motivated and internalize why you are doing something. Maybe you want to do handstand pushups. Or one armed pushups. Or a dragon flag or a muscle up or pistol squat or a marathon or a triathlon or a one arm pull up. These are all little stunts but you can work up to them. And along the way you get in great shape.

Also, if you have a goal, it’s so much easier to decide to eat something healthy or not have a drink after work - the trade off is more real!
