Yes that's absolutely what i was proposing.

They definitely care very deeply about civilian lives.

Though, i do have to question your record. Did you give a shit about this a week ago?

Edit: hey, also, can you think of another way to stop them, or are you just opposed to doing that? Because, i know this is controversial, but i think world war three would be bad. We might even end up with a couple dead civilians if that hapoens.
