The title is japanese, it means "Kasamakakura"
Kamakura (鎌倉, Kamakura; [kamakɯɾa] ⓘ), officially Kamakura City (鎌倉市, Kamakura-shi), is a city of Kanagawa Prefecture in Japan. It is located in the Kanto region on the island of Honshu.
It’s kusamakura, grass pillow, a term also used for a journey and the title of a book by my favorite author, natsume sōseki.
Ahhh, thanks! I couldn't tell because there was no context in the original post
