Women only trans inclusive This is an inclusive community for all things women. Whether you're here for make up tips, feminism or just friendly chit chat, we've got you covered.

Rules…

  1. Women only… trans women are women, and transphobic or gender critical talk isn’t allowed. Anyone under the trans umbrella (e.g. non-binary, bigender, agender) is free to decide whether a women's community is a good fit for them.
  2. Don’t be a dick. No personal attacks, no aggression, play nice.
  3. Don’t hate on groups, hatefilled talk about groups is not allowed. Ever.
  4. No governmental politics, so no talk of Trump actions etc. We recommend Feminism@beehaw.org for that, but here is an escape from it.
  5. New accounts or users with few comments may have their posts removed to prevent spam and bad-faith participation.

Somehow, anyhow get an actually decent sexual education and don't rely on porn or random people on tiktok etc to teach you. Seek out actual qualified educators like sexplanations on youtube.

OMG YES!!! When I was at school it was entirely penis in vagina sex based. No use for LGBT people...

We didn't get anything until the body was 18 and it was just a sheet with drawings and text on showing protection etc.

Me too I'm surprised yours was so shit I thought we were better than that

Yeah, it wasn't the best school we went to, it was eventually shut down for various reasons.

But yeah, sex education we had to get from Laci Green and then Sexplanations and just looking stuff up ourselves.

Yep we didn't have the Internet. I had to learn stuff from magazines and word of mouth.

Do you know anyone that could do a sexual health post here? I think it would be good knowledge to share

Oh, well we did have the internet a bit, but yeah, it wasn't good at that time. Not as much reliable or factual information.

Sadly we can't think of anybody. But if anybody pops up in our life and has or would like to get Lemmy etc we'll let you know!

Hey um, if it's okay please try not to call us mate. We don't really like being called that. Thank you!

Okidoke, thanks for letting us know. If it's not weird for you, "friend" is okay for us. Just not mate, it feels too masc to us.
