So the way I heard it, was that the sensation center for genitalia and for the feet are very near each other in the brain. In some people’s case it’s a bit flipped, so the pleasure is triggered on feet and not as much on other parts.
That may be an old superstition, but that’s how I heard it. Let the internet doctors and scientists chime in!
