What that would actually mean is more empathy and more openness from everyone. Sounds good.

You're saying people being more open and empathetic would be bad because of torture? Or did you reply to my comment on accident?

Edit: Actually, I think I get it. I expressed myself badly in the comment above. I meant that more openness and empathy would be a realistic version of the stat bar thing, not that having magical stat bars would lead to more empathy and openness.
