Yes! As citizens we not only have rights, we should also have responsibilities. If managed correctly this could be a positive thing.

Yes, force young people to sacrifice their time so that boomers can have a comfortable life while not contributing anything to society. Just make it mandatory for everyone to participate in public services and see how people will like the idea.

What?! All young people? All Boomers? You use an incredibly wide paintbrush. Make all of the children eat all of their vegetables and see how they like that idea? I guess this is individual rights versus working for the collective (i.e. helping out the community).
