Would you honestly want people here who can't understand (checks notes) how "email" works?
Seriously, doing a DuckDuckGo or Kagi search would answer so many questions that do not need to be continually posted to a community over and over just to help foster "engagement" stats...
Also I doubt the complexity is the real reason - they just enjoy the comfortable and familiar, so that's what they do, regardless of whatever they say.
I want enough people here so I don't have to keep !football@sopuli.xyz , the community about the most popular sport on the planet, active with less than five other active users
