There is no Logitech Options for Linux but I just found this and solved my wireless mouse pairing issue plus I can now modify the DPI setting and more.

The pains of open source. I updated before I left for work a few hours ago and didn't see a systemd update (I also run arch), so maybe it hasn't hit the repos yet?

It's not the hugest deal. I moved the receiver to a front USB port and it takes little effort to quickly unplug and replug.
