Or do you expect me to think that you are serious? In that case, I want to be looking at proper examples.
By "multi owner flats", I meant more like 3 - 4 floors. Something that can be managed by a mediocre contractor nowadays and even then I'd expect them to make proper plumbing. Sure, it might start getting seepage in 10-15 years and might require extra maintenance due to the design standards not meeting low temperature conditions, but there would be plumbing.
Instead you are going to say that someone made a 10 floor building (implying that the said area would be populous enough to require a 10 floor building, instead of being able to develop horizontally out of the area) and then somehow not have money for sewage plumbing?
Might as well omit the electrical wiring, taps etc.
What exactly are these "older" buildings that you are talking about that, for some reason, are younger than my smartphone and never saw the peace time between wars?
A 3-4 level industrial panel holds about 70-100 families; there is not enough space in the walls for individual pipes to go up and down! Whats more to it, would you let your wall be teared down because your upper neighbors want piping?
Again, you don’t have a singular fucking clue in the rest of your lil paragraph… A 15 year old pipe seeping installed by a contractor? Thats a new pipe! What if instead of writing shit something about you no idea, you go do something with yourself?
