He’s an interesting kid - likes “oldies” like Eminem but “his older stuff is better”. I recently realized most of his favorite eminem songs were released before he was born. He also likes all the way back through grunge and classic rock that I listen to, and including as far back as Johnny Cash
Well, I certainly wasn't trying to diss him, just to be clear. In fact, as someone with a fairly eclectic musical taste myself, respect.
Tbf, his album from last year debuted at number one on the Billboard 200 chart.
Okay but that could all be due to millennials. Doesn’t necessarily mean he’s popular among the youth.
