The Whitehouse needs modernization. It is way to small and hasn’t had a major remodeling since the Eisenhower administration. Does it need a stupid ball room? No..
With all of that said, I have never been in a historic movie theater that did not suck ass. There is a reason movie theaters get torn down and replaced regularly.
