Sure sounds like an apt description of reddit admins. I wonder how the users would vote against Spez and these changes if he's so interested in democracy all the sudden.
Admins, yeah I could see this definition fitting admins, but I'm lost as to why moderators are lumped into that lol. I'm not sure how a vote would go, especially if past users decided not to return for the vote. Honestly have no idea what reddit's environment is like after the blackout.
