Four Northern democracies are seemingly helpless against nearby predatory dictatorships. Write a new history of the Nordic countries in Arms Against Tyranny, a new expansion for Hearts of Iron IV.

I don't think they've specified exactly whats going to be in the free patch just yet. However, I strongly suspect that the changes they're making to support companies will be a part of it. They're making it so different support companies will provide different scaling bonuses dependent on the number of certain types of battalions you have in a division.

An example they gave in dev diary covering it (which you can read here) is that engineer companies, instead of giving a flat 5 entrenchment bonus at its base level, will now give 0.25 for every leg infantry battalion you have in that division. So if you added engineers onto a division of 10 leg infantry, the entrenchment bonus would equal to 2.5.
