No almost about it. It's Shitter and that's final.
This is the way.
"X" letter is pronounced as "shh" sound in China for example Liu Cixin, the Chinese author of Three Body Problem, his last name supposed to be spelled "Cishin". So there is precedent.
I call it excrement.
That's a shit poem.

I also use this but I recently spelled it "Xhitter" and I think that might sell the pronunciation even better.
