In addition to damage at the port terminal where grain for China was stored, a second attack has now resulted in damage to the Chinese consulate.

Seriously, I keep thinking of Nazi Germany attacking Russia after being close allies. It doesn't matter if this was intentional or not, it seems like ties between Russian and China were already a bit strained and this certainly will not help. But hey, I'm sure Putin can rely on his good friend in North Korea to supply Russia with their technical needs.
