I finally watched and finished Arcane S1 last week, and I have to say it was excellent. Great animation and styles, and the story behind it was very good. I'm in the middle of S2 and while the animation is still great, the story lost its direction and just seems to be going everywhere. I'll still power through it just to finish the season.

While our primary goal is to discuss animated media, conversations about animation techniques and the process of creating animation are also welcome. Unfortunately I agree with you. I still have great love for Arcane and season 1 is one of my favourite seasons of a show (animated or otherwise) ever and I was really looking forward to season 2. But S2 is definitely a step down in terms of writing.
