I won't lie, I was a little disappointed by Batman Ninja. I thought it was pretty good, but I guess the title Batman Ninja, to me, implies it's going to be the best movie ever made. Loved the art style though, I'm definitely going to watch this one.

Personally the art style is why I didn't finish the movie. The way it was animated made it impossible to watch for me so I had to stop halfway through.
That definitely detracted from my enjoyment too. All the characters seemed sluggish. I was also expecting 2D animation going in, so Batman RWBY took me a bit by surprise.
It is pretty divisive from what I've seen, but the general consensus seems to be "stupid yet cool".
There were some funny gags, like Batman trying to use his grappling hook - but there are no skyscrapers, and there were some cool premises for sure. That said, I was expecting a lot more espionage and action from Batman Ninja, and I think it underdelivered just a bit in that regard.
I should rewatch it, because I'm totally watching this new one.
