Can I get a down button in the comments to the next comment thread so I don't have to scroll?

Also, it feels like I should have a subscribe and a leave button to sub to communities. I'm long pressing then tapping subscribe. Would love a single tap option.

Love the app even tho I'm new!

In case you don't know, there's an option to use the volume button to do this. It's in "Posts and comments" -> "Use volume button navigation".

Bruh, that is even better!

I had no idea about it, will check it out.

Thanks!

There is also another setting called "Relay style navigation" which changed the three dots button to a navigation button on the post screen. Tapping it shows controls to jump to the next or previous comment.

The setting is naned after a reddit app called Relay which is what this feature is based off (although I've never used it).

To enable this setting go to Settings > post and comments > Relay style navigation.

Once you are in a post screen you can tap the bottom right button to open the navigation menu.

No problem. The app's been out for a while now and the developer is very active, so there are a lot of customisation options that have been added over time which I'd suggest looking into if you want to fine-tune your experience. Although admittedly they've become so many that it's sometimes difficult to find them, especially if you don't know they are there at all lol

Also, if you don't like long-tapping, when you are in a community page you can tap on the three dots in the bottom right to bring up the menu and subscribe/unsubscribe from there. It's still a 2-tap solution but maybe you'll find it more up to your taste?

The app has way too many settings. The next release which is WIP is going to introduce the concept of presets which are a collection of settings. I'm hoping to make it crowdsourced so people can share how they enjoy the app with others but the whole thing is still very conceptual at the moment.

A sneak peek at what is to come:
