What is your "boring" special interest? I am focused on learning a musical instrument. It's not an obscure special interest, but it is mine at the moment.

This is a daily post for “casual” conversation. If you want to post or talk about something non autism related this is where to do it. For example if you want to info dump about your special interest but it doesn’t fall into “autism related” then you can post it here in the comments. All other rules are still active, be respectful to each other.

As of this week, I've felt a new surge in doing 3D printed molds so I can press recycled cardboard into hexagonal tiles. I should probably learn a proper CAD tool rather than using Blender for this kind of thing

Osteospermum. Some company named one of their color selections 'serenity rose magic daisies'. serenty rose is one of my favorite comics and comic charaters. so next thing i know i'm the sarah anderson frogs comic with a few dozen Osteospermums in my garden every year and 7 varieties potted indoors for propogation.

I'm learning the Irish Tin Whistle. I am actually on hold with the Post Office now to find out where my new whistle is!
