I love Coheed, but this is one of the few songs of theirs that I don't enjoy.

MODERATORS
This song is probably in my top 3-4 from that album specifically, for me. But overall, TCBTS really just isn't their best work. It feels very out-of-character for them, for several reasons. It's good that they tried a non-story album, I guess, but it really just doesn't hit right, imho.
I think they're killing it so far with the Vaxis arc, though. So if TCBTS was the break they needed to give Claudio more time to get Vaxis worked out, then so be it.
