According to information obtained by Autosport, Red Bull's request will be discussed next week during the upcoming FIA World Motor Sport Council meeting in Macau.

Isn't this old news? I am pretty sure they submitted a request back in like February already.

You're right. Looks like it's back in the news due to the World Motor Sport Council meeting happening soon.

I'll update the title to make it a bit more accurate.
